2.1. Free access to and use of the site

The provision of services by FINQUES RIBALTA BERTRAN, SL is free of charge for all users. However, some of the services provided by the lender through the website are subject to the payment of a price determined in the general terms and conditions.

2.2. User Registration

In general, the provision of services does not require prior subscription or registration by users. However, FINQUES RIBALTA BERTRAN, SL conditions the use of some of the services to the previous completion of the corresponding user registration. This registration shall be carried out in the manner expressly indicated in the service section itself.

2.3. Truthfulness of information

All information provided by the user must be true. For these purposes, the user guarantees the authenticity of the data communicated through the forms for the subscription of services. It will be the user’s responsibility to keep all the information provided to FINQUES RIBALTA BERTRAN, SL permanently updated so that it corresponds, at all times, to their real situation. In any case, the user shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damage caused to the lender or third parties.

2.4. Underage children

For the use of the services, minors must always obtain prior consent from parents, guardians or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all acts carried out by minors in their care. Responsibility for determining the specific content accessed by minors lies with minors, so if they access inappropriate content on the Internet, mechanisms should be put in place on their computers, in particular computer programmes, filters and blocks, to limit the content available and, although they are not infallible, they are particularly useful for controlling and restricting the material that minors can access.

2.5. Obligation to make proper use of the website

The user undertakes to use the website in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as morality and good customs. To this end, the user will refrain from using the site for illegal or prohibited purposes, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or in any way damage, disable, overburden, impair or impede the normal use of computer equipment or documents, files and all kinds of content stored on any computer equipment of the lender.

(b) induces, incites or promotes criminal, degrading, defamatory, violent or, in general, unlawful, immoral or contrary to public order;

(c) induces, incites or promotes discriminatory actions, attitudes or thoughts on grounds of sex, race, religion, belief, age or status;

(d) is contrary to the right to honour, to personal or family privacy or to one’s own image;

(e) in any way impairs the credibility of the lender or any third party; and

(f) constitutes unlawful, misleading or unfair advertising.
