Day 1 – Spain > Tokyo

Arrive at the airport approximately three hours before departure. Departure by scheduled economy flight via Doha to Tokyo. Overnight on board.

Day 2 – Arrival in Tokyo

Arrival in Tokyo, assistance by our staff at the destination and transfer to the hotel of your choice. Night in Tokyo.

Day 3 – Tokyo

Visit to the Imperial Palace Square and Meiji Shrine.

After lunch at a local restaurant we will continue our visit to Asakusa Temple. Afterwards, free stroll along Ginza Avenue.

Night in Tokyo.

Day 4 – Tokyo > Hakone > Mt. Fuji > Matsumoto

Departure to Fuji area, Kawaguchiko. Boat trip on Lake Kawaguchiko, behind Mount Fuji.

Cable car ride up Mount Kachikachi to admire the view of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi.

Transfer to Matsumoto. Japanese style dinner at the hotel.

Overnight in Matsumoto.

Día 5 – Matsumoto > Takayama > Shirakagawo > Kanazawa

Sightseeing tour of Matsumoto Castle, also known as Crow Castle and considered a National Treasure of Japan.

Transfer to Takayama by road, arrival and visit of Takayama to see the museum of the floats used in the city’s festival, Yatai Kaikan.
Visit to the Kami-sannomachi area, which preserves the spirit of the Edo period.

Transfer and visit to Shirakawago, a World Heritage village in the Japanese Alps, famous for its “Gasshi-zukuri” houses.

Transfer and arrival in Kanazawa. Overnight in Kanazawa.

Día 6 – Kanazawa > Kyoto

Visit to the famous Kenrokuen Garden, the garden of the Maeda daimyo, one of the most beautiful gardens in Japan.

Visit to the typical samurai house of the Nomura family, a traditional Edo-era dwelling.

Tour of Higashi Chaya, a neighbourhood where traditional-style teahouses are still preserved.

In the afternoon, transfer to Kyoto. Walk through the Gion district, the famous district of the Geishas and Japanese Maikos.

Overnight in Kyoto.

Day 7 – Kyoto

In the morning, visit of the Kinkaku-ji Temple (Golden Pavilion) and the Ryoan-ji Temple, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Visit to the Bamboo Forest in Arashiyama and lunch at a local restaurant.

Return to hotel and overnight in Kyoto.

Day 8 – Kyoto

Free day for personal activities or optional excursion to Hiroshima without lunch (ask for price).

Departure by bus to the station to take the train to Hiroshima. Arrival in Miyajima. Visit to Hiroshima (Atomic Bomb Dome, Peace Park, Peace Museum).

Day 9 – Kyoto > Nara > Osaka

Morning visit to Nijo Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit to the temple of Fushimi Inari, known for its red Toris (gates).

Transfer to Nara, the first capital of the Japanese Empire. Visit to the Sacred Deer Park, the largest urban park in Japan. Walk through the park to Todai-ji Temple, one of the most important temples in the country. Within the same park, visit the Kasuga Taisha Shrine. Visit to the Kofuku-ji temple in the centre of Nara Park.

Arrival in Osaka and transfer to the Dotonbori Area, Osaka’s pedestrian artery. An evening stroll through this famous light district, the city’s entertainment centre.

Overnight in Osaka.

Día 10 – Osaka > Tokyo

In the morning, visit to Osaka Castle. Visit to the Floating Garden Observatory in the Umeda Sky Building. Visit to the Floating Garden Observatory in the Umeda Sky Building.

Lunch at a local restaurant. At the agreed time, transfer to the station to take the bullet train to Tokyo, arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Night in Tokyo.

Day 11 – Tokyo > Spain

Departure for a visit to the Japanese Bonsai Museum Shunkaen Bonsai Museum.

Afterwards, visit the typical Kappabashi Street, a street with shops selling knives and various kitchen utensils. Afterwards, visit to the Tokyo Tower.

At the indicated time, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Spain.

Day 12 – Arrival in Spain
